The subject of the order is the delivery of an extracorporeal circulation device with equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the order (quantity, range, parameters) is included in the "Offer and price form" together with the "Appendix to the offer form - OPZ". The purchase is carried out as part of co-financing from the Ministry of Health from the multi-annual program entitled National Cardiovascular Diseases Program for 2022-2032 within the scope of the task entitled Co-financing for the purchase of an extracorporeal circulation device (heart-lung device) with equipment, within the scope of measure 18: Modernization of infrastructure and additional equipment for medical entities, area V. Investments in the cardiac care system.
