The subject of the contract is the implementation of building modifications and the modernization of vocational training at the SOŠ OaS, kitchen, Jilemnického 1282, k. u. Glow over Hron. The subject of the order is the structural and technical adjustment and the creation of connections of the new gastro-equipment for practical teaching (kitchen) of the GAUDEAMUS operation to the technical infrastructure of the school building. The project documentation deals with the modification of the surfaces of the floors, walls and ceilings in the kitchen area, as well as the dismantling of the existing kitchen equipment and the assembly of the designated reused original kitchen equipment and furnishings, including new distribution of internal water supply, sewerage and internal electrical installation for the kitchen equipment and their new connection in the building. The existing building, which is the subject of the proposed construction modifications, is currently in a technical condition appropriate to its age and character, and does not show any structural defects or other defects that could limit the function or life of the proposed construction modifications. The layout of the premises of the existing building, which is the subject of the proposed construction modifications, and the operation in it will remain unchanged. The connection of the building to the engineering networks in the location and its transport connection to the transport equipment of the territory will remain unchanged. A more detailed specification of the required construction modifications is described in the Summary Technical Report, which is part of the project documentation. Construction works are specified in detail in the appendices of these tender documents (hereinafter also SP), especially in appendix no. 2 SP – Acreage report, in Annex no. 3 SP project documentation and in Annex no. 1 SP – contract for work (hereinafter also contract).
