The assignment consists of the integral design assignment for the fire station on the Zielhorsterweg. This involves: - Building of approximately 1,700 m2 GFA. - The integral design in the phases Preliminary Design, Outline Design, Definitive Design. The DD forms the basis for the Engineering & Build agreement with a construction consortium. - Integral design assignment concerns the expertises Architect, Interior Architect, Structural Engineer, E+W+T installations, advisor Sustainability/Safety/Building Physics/Acoustics and Fire Safety. - The review in the engineering phase (Technical Design, Execution Design), construction preparation and execution phase. Building of approximately 1,700 m2 GFA.
