Opinion on national open offers n°081/aono/mintp/cipm-tcri/2026 of 16/09/2026 on a procedure of urgency, for the surveillance and technical and geotechnical control of the maintenance of the national routes 3 and 8, sections: bekoko-limbe-idenau (93,06 km) and mutengene buea (10 km) in the coastal and southwestern regions; financing: budget of public investment in mintp for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028.
The services entrusted to the co-contractor include the following operations, the list of which is not exhaustive: - supervising the execution of the works; - ensuring the technical and geotechnical control of the implementation of the work;studies d'exécution de l'entreprise, examen de conformité au projet, avis techniques et propositions pour validation par le chef de service du marché; - direction of the execution of the contract of works; - suivi et respect du cahier des charges; - follow-up of the establishment of the plans of recouvrement; - all other sujétions utiles à la bonne exécution du projet; - le suivi de la tenue des travaux pendant la période de garantie; - assistance during the operations of definitive reception and the conduct of the diligences de clôture de chantier.- mission 3 aor: assistance to reception operations; the performance of the co-contractor is defined in more detail in the terms of reference.
