Description & Project Overview
1. The subject of the order is the provision of technical support services for Red Hat software owned by the Ordering Party and the supply of training licenses for Red Hat technologies. As part of the subject of the order, the Ordering Party specifies the basic scope and the optional scope, the use of which is not the Ordering Party's obligation and depends on its current needs. An order executed under the option is a unilateral right of the Ordering Party, therefore the Ordering Party's failure to use the option does not constitute a basis for the Contractor to pursue any claims.
