Contract Description
A. Development of the technical Project, for the investment objective, in stages: > technical execution project, in accordance with the provisions of Government Decision no. 907/2016, in compliance with the normative acts in force and the ANAP instructions, with the requirements of the specifications as well as the contractual clauses. In this sense, the technical documentation will be developed in such a way as to meet all the legal requirements in force on the date of handing over the documentation. In the provision of design services, the Technical Norms regarding compositions, schemes and regeneration technologies will be respected
