Contract Description
Grazing will take place on parts of plot No. 1207, 1210, 1215, 1214, 1218, 1195, 689/2, 689/1, 695, 1225, 1224, 705, 710, 711, 713/1, 714, 717, 1194, 1195, 1207, 1210, district Pokratice and 214/2, 214/1, 219 district Skalice Implementation of measures within the project "Active protection of European important localities with thermophilic communities and species in the Bohemian Central Mountains", LIFE16 NAT/CZ/000639, activity C3 - grazing. The total area defined by the drawings above the orthophoto map is 5.6115 ha. The plots are difficult to access, very sloping, grasslands with very little nutrition (steppe lawns). It is grazing by a herd of about 100 sheep using fences or free range. The measure will be carried out on 3 areas according to the drawings above the orthophoto map, which is Annex No. 2 of the work contract. The measure also includes the transport of animals to the location and the provision of necessary care for the herd during grazing. The measure does not include mowing of stubble. The management measure will be implemented by 31 October 2020. The measure will be implemented in accordance with the AOPK CR standard: 02 003 Grazing.
