The City of Espoos Tilapalvelut liikelaistos has a contract with Lundén Architecture Oy for the procurement of the main and architectural design of Espoolainestalo and its surroundings. The procurement was carried out as an EU-level architecture competition. Procurement decision § 25/2023, 146/02.08.00/2021 has been made regarding the procurement of proposal design, where the estimated value of the procurement contract has been 2,076,747 euros (VAT 0%). The agreement with Lundén Architecture Oy was signed on October 10, 2024.
