In order to strengthen the staff of internal specialist advice for construction project management in the area of building automation (GA) for domestic projects, the BBL is procuring support from two external providers or their specialists through framework contracts. We are looking for providers with two flexibly available key people who, in the role advertised here as a client-side advisory specialist planning GA, have the following qualities: The key people represent the clients concerns and interests. They are impartial and neutral towards the specialist planners, executors and other participants mandated in the projects. They are professionally competent, technically versatile and conceptually strong. Networked thinking, agile action and level-appropriate communication are strengths of the key people. Loyalty to the client, professional handling of confidential documents and the resulting confidentiality are basic requirements for the providers or key persons to be procured.
