The Barangayt Talairan of Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay, through the 20% Development Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SEVENTY THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTY SEVEN PESOS & 39/100 only (Php570,477.59) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the IMPROVEMENT OF MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING(TALAIRAN)Bids received in excess on the ABC shall be automatically rejected on the bid opening.2. The Barangay Talairan of Buug now invites bids for the above Project. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “NEW Government Procurement RAct”.Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines.4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office, Talairan, Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from November 1, 2026 starting at 10:00 a.m. to November 9, 2026 at 10:00 Am from the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee for the Bidding Documents in the amount of ONE THOUSAND (Php 1,000.00) .6. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before NOVEMBER 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Talairan , Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in ITB Clause.Bids will be opened on NOVEMBER 9 , 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the presence of the bidder/bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the Talairan , Buug, Zamboanga Sibugay.
