1. The subject of the order is the implementation of construction works as part of the investment entitled: "Construction of the Multimodal Transfer Center in Lubin with a Park&Ride parking lot and reconstruction of access roads" - Task No. 2. 2. Due to the method of financing and settlement, the Ordering Party envisages the execution of the order in question by implementing the following scopes: Scope No. 1 - Construction of a park & ride parking lot in the area of ul. Hutnicza in Lubin Scope No. 2 - Construction and reconstruction of Konopnicka Street in Lubin The Ordering Party will conclude contracts with the Contractor selected in the course of the proceedings
