Description & Project Overview
BWI GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "BWI") is considering a framework agreement for the continuation and scaling of Internet transit access with up to 500 Gbit/s at the Stausberg location in the amount of EUR 23,678,813.27 up to EUR 35,518,219.91 (net) (upper limit - see Annex 1 to the EVV "Contract Value Estimate") by means of a negotiated procedure with participation competition to be awarded in accordance with Section 11 Paragraph 1 VSVgV. The contract is concluded with a maximum term of seven years (three years basic term, with four extension options of 12 months each).
