Contract Description
The selected supplier has delivered Western Finland's remote control system (TAKO). The supplier is the owner of the system's intellectual property rights, and the changes that are the subject of the procurement are directly applied to the system to the technical implementation, functionalities and interfaces. The procurement is based on the track infrastructure changes to be implemented at the Tampere passenger rail yard during the years 2027–2030, which will be implemented by the Norwegian Railway Agency. These track changes also cause the need for changes in the TAKO remote control system, so that the system remains up-to-date and control capability is maintained. Annually
