The L-shaped Zuffenhausen customs office from 1990 on Gottfried-Keller-Str. 22 in 70435 Stuttgart is to be brought up to an EGB 55 standard in accordance with government requirements. This is an energy renovation. For this purpose, the roof and facades should be insulated, a PV system should be installed on the flat roof (green roof if necessary) and the technical systems should be brought up to a contemporary standard in order to save energy. A comprehensive building physics report with a renovation schedule is available for this project. The building physics report is the basis for implementation and is intended to achieve the EGB 55 standard. Specialist planners from HLS + E, fire protection and structural planning are involved in the project.
