TARC anticipates releasing the solicitation in November 2026. The anticipated release date is subject to change. Solicitation documents will be posted on TARC’s procurement portal upon release: https://tarc.bonfirehub.com/portal /?tab=openOpportunities The project will consist of janitorial cleaning and related services at designated TARC facilities. Anticipated service areas include administrative offices, restrooms, kitchens and breakrooms, lobbies, conference rooms, corridors, and other designated spaces. Detailed service requirements, cleaning frequencies, and facility information will be provided in the solicitation. Preliminary Facility Walkthroughs TARC is currently developing the scope of services. Interested companies may contact [email protected] to request a preliminary facility walkthrough and provide general industry feedback. Please use the subject line “RFP 20262068 — Preliminary Walkthrough Request.” These walkthroughs are intended to support procurement planning and scope development. Participation is voluntary and is not required to submit a proposal. Information regarding any formal pre-proposal meeting or walkthrough will be provided in the released solicitation.
