Contract Description
The subject of the order is the implementation of rehabilitation and demolition works in the western and eastern parts of the premises of Odien Real Estate a.s. and related activities in the following breakdown: • carrying out an additional survey of building structures, • preparatory services, including the development of an implementation project, • ensuring the necessary official permits, • relocation of utility networks, • disconnection of demolished objects from utility networks, • demolition of designated buildings, including removal of produced waste, • remediation of underground water, • post-remediation monitoring.
