Contract Description
The subject of the construction works is the reconstruction of the sewerage and water supply in Viniční Street, in the section between Balbínova and Hrabalova Streets. The sewer from 1932 will be reconstructed from sewer pipes of the DN 300 profile, 22.47 m long, and from the DN 400 profile, 267.47 m long. 1975 will be reconstructed in profiles DN 80 with a length of 29.46 m, DN 100 with a length of 248.24 m and DN 400 with a length of 245.55 m. The water supply connections will be replaced with a total length of 214.60 m. The new water line of the DN 100 profile will be laid in the route of the existing gas pipeline, which will be excavated and transferred to another route as part of the coordinated construction. After the sewerage and water supply works are completed, the communication areas will be restored. More detailed information about the execution of the construction can be found in the project documentation prepared by JV PROJEKT VH s.r.o. in April 2024. Part of the scope of the work is to ensure the issuance of a decision on the special use of the road, including closures, road markings for the duration of the construction, delineation of engineering networks affected by the construction works, ensuring the issuance of a decision on the permission to cut down trees, quality tests of the work and the processing of documentation of the actual execution of the construction in the number of 4 printed complete pairs, including a survey for the GIS BVK and a technical map of the statutory city of Brno (the geodetic survey documentation will be submitted in four copies and on four CDs in DGN format for MICROSTATION). The scope of the completed restoration of communication areas will be documented in digital form using the EZA program (the documentation will be handed over in two copies and on two CDs).
