Contract Description
The customer announced the process of establishing a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter: DNS). The public procurement is conducted taking into account the rules of the limited procedure in accordance with Article 41 of the ZJN-3 in conjunction with Article 49 of the ZJN-3, which regulates the DNS and the relevant tender conditions for the implementation of the dynamic procurement system.
