Appendix No 5 to the ZM/2019/0232 Construction of the Works Contract The R4 Highway of Peshov northern bypass (km 0,0 4,3) contracts: - within the meaning of Section 18 (1) (c) of Law No 343/2015 Z. Z. on public procurement and amending certain laws as amended (hereinafter ZVO) to settle the claims of the contractor raised by the contractual party in connection with a proven increase in the prices of the materials used in the implementation of the Contracts for the Quarter of Period 2 and that of the I. calendar quarter of 2023 and the II. calender quarter of 2023, in accordance with Law No 2722/20 MD. Appendict No.6 to the Law No 6 of the Republic of Moldova: § 18b (3) of the Law on Public Procurement and Supplementary Contractions, paragraphs 1 and 3 of the Z.the proposal for the implementation of amendments to individual building works in accordance with the Building Supervision Guidelines No 8, No 25, No 32 and the Developers Orders No 28, No 77, No 95 and No 98 is concluded, Appendix No 7 is concluded: - within the meaning of Section 18 (1) (b) of Law No 343/2015 Z.Z. on public procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws as amended (hereinafter the ZZVO), the Dealers Order No 28, the Deposit No 92, the Deployers Guidelines on Civil Engineering No 24, the Deliverable No 37, the Deedent No 39, and the Construction and Construction Technology Act No 38, Section 18 of the ZZV, is concluded within the sense of Section 38 of the Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, and the Draft Agreement is concluded in accordance to Article 39 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union.Paragraph 1 (b) of Law No 343/2015 Coll. on public procurement and amending certain laws as amended (hereinafter the OJC) agreed to conclude this Appendix 9 to the Labour Contract, Contractors registration number: ZM/2019/0232, Contractor registration number; VÁHOSTAV-SK, a.s.:ZML-19-00180, TuCon, a:INV/113/2019 of 24.7.2019 (the Labour Contracting ) which is the subject of a summary of Proposal for Amendment No 12, which was decided by the Joint Technical Committee on 30 June 2025 to publish the summary terms and conditions of the Staff Regulations of the Contracting Parties (herein the General Contracting Agreement) as amending Article 3.5 of the General Contract (hereafter the Agreement)
