Contract Description
The purpose of the contract is the provision of services relating to the analysis of European regulations having an impact on responsible public procurement, in particular on its sustainable, environmental and resilience dimensions, and the formulation of operational recommendations for Walloon stakeholders. The mission is structured around the following axes: - Identify and prioritize European regulations having a current or foreseeable impact on responsible public procurement in Wallonia and its stakeholders; - Legally and operationally analyze the priority texts selected; - Translate these analyzes into concrete and structured recommendations for public buyers and businesses; - Provide directly usable elements allowing the contracting authority to design and develop, internally, its own tools, supports or support systems.
