The student residence must have at least 140 apartments and a maximum of 147 single apartments, as well as 29 parking spaces in the outdoor premises. The technical rules introduced by the Bavarian State Ministry of Housing, Construction and Transport by public announcement as technical building regulations must be observed and followed. All construction activities must be carried out in full by the contracting authority and its subcontractors and the premises must be operational, operational and ready to be installed.After the award of the contract, the contractor has to carry out an encapsulated planning competition in the form of a realisation competition under the Planning Competitions Directive (RPW 2013), issued by the Federal Ministry of Transport, Construction and Urban Development, in accordance with the notice of 31 January 2013 (BAnz AT 22.02.2013 B4), for the procurement of facilities for the planning of buildings and interiors under Section 34 HOAI and facilities for planning of objects - facilities under Section 39 HOAI for the construction of the study residence.The contract for the sale of the building is to be completed by 31 March 2029, and the contract for delivery of the completed building is scheduled to be awarded by 31 April 2029.
