Delivery of an automatic pipetting station for aliquoting sera. Financing of this purchase is planned as part of obtaining a targeted subsidy for the implementation of the task titled: "purchase of equipment and apparatus" under the National Transplantation Program by purchasing equipment and apparatus for the histocompatibility typing laboratory - implementation of new immunological diagnostic methods. The Ordering Party reserves the right to invalidate the contract award procedure as a result of failure to grant the Ordering Party public funds to finance the order. The contracting authority may invalidate the contract award procedure if the public funds that the contracting authority intended to use to finance all or part of the contract were not awarded to it, and the possibility of invalidating the procedure on this basis was provided for in an open tender. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Form No. 1 and Annex No. 1 and their possible modifications, which constitute an integral part of this ToR.
