The general objective of this purchase is the purchase of spare parts, respectively parts for repairs to the electric traction control system for the Solaris trolleybuses, held in the fleet by the contracting entity, in order to ensure the continuity and smooth running of its activity. It is desired to conclude a framework agreement for a period of 48 months with a maximum of 3 economic operators ranked in the first 3 places according to the criterion of awarding the best quality-price ratio, with the resumption of the competition.
