Contract Description
Oslo University Hospital HF (OUS), the Hormone Laboratory, intends to enter into a contract with Hamilton Nordic AB for the delivery of Hamilton ADAP-STAR. This is a workstation developed for automation by Enable Biosciences' method for antibodies detection by agglutination PCR (ADAP). The contract includes installation, training and service for ten years. The Hormone laboratory analyses island cell antibodies for the entire South-East Health Authority with the kit ADAP T1Define 2.0™ from Enable Biosciences Inc. The volume is approx. 10,000 samples per year, with an expected increase, and the method is accredited in ISO 15189. The kit was procured with a direct procurement carried out by Sykehusinnkjøp HF (ref. 2024/19493). The volume makes it necessary to automate the analysis.
