The purpose of this public contract is to supply and install air conditioners/climate systems for the needs of Veliko Tarnovo Municipality, according to the needs and requirements of the Contractor. The supplies will be carried out on the basis of a contract letter sent by the Contracting Party containing information on the type, quantity and exact place or places (addresses) of supply of air conditioner/climacy systems, according the specific needs of the Municipaity of Veliko Ternovo and its structures. The subject-matter of the public contract includes the following activities: 1. the supply of the air conditioning systems to the place of supply specified in the contract letter; 2. the installation and commissioning of the delivered air conditioned systems in the relevant premises and premises; 3.instruction of the Contracting Partys staff on the operation and maintenance of the climate systems; 4. warranty service of the delivered air conditioners/climate systems within the warranted period from the date of signature of the Concept Transmitter Protocol for the acceptance of the supply and the accompanying supply activities referred to in points 2 and 3 above.
