The subject of the public contract is construction work consisting in the maintenance and repair of roads, including road markings (except for winter maintenance), owned by the statutory city of Třinec, and including their components and accessories (except for public lighting and light signaling devices), in accordance with Decree No. 104/1997 Coll., which implements Act No. 13/1997 Coll., on public roads, as amended.
