The subject of the public order is the processing of project documentation, including the provision of engineering activities that will address the connection of the Kyjevská overpass with Kpt. Jaroš (hereinafter referred to as PD). The PD will be divided into two parts: the PD for part I will deal with connecting ramps in the eastern direction, including an adequately designed collector, or space for connection/disconnection. PD for part II will address the roundabout in the area of road I/36 (ul. Kpt. Jaroše). The project documentation will be drawn up for each mentioned part in such a way that it is possible to conduct construction procedures for each of them separately and implement them separately in the implementation phase. For each part, project documentation will be drawn up for the permission of the construction of the transport infrastructure (DPZ), including the provision of a final decision on the permission of the construction of the transport infrastructure.
