The subject of this contract is the implementation of a public order, i.e. in particular the sellers obligation to deliver to the buyer, based on the instructions, repeated deliveries of the necessary consumables for acute hemodialysis incl. free borrowing of compatible technology (hereinafter the subject of delivery collectively as goods), i.e. the transfer of ownership of the delivered goods to the buyer and the buyers obligation to take over the properly delivered goods from the seller and pay him the agreed purchase price
