Description & Project Overview
The purpose of this public service contract is to appoint a project author responsible for a complete mission relating to the restoration of the Saint-Jacques church. This mission includes in particular the analysis and monitoring of preliminary studies, the development of execution files and files relating to subsidies to be sent to the Walloon Region, assistance in the award of works contracts as well as monitoring the execution of the work until final acceptance. The mission covers all the disciplines necessary to carry out the project, including architecture.
