I. The subject of the order is the successive delivery of medicinal products (drug program) to the Ordering Partys Hospital Pharmacy, the Odpowiedzenie Specialist Hospital for Lung Diseases in Zakopane. Package No. 1 consists of 1 item: Mepolizumab 100mg solution for injection. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (price calculation of the offer). 2. The subject of the delivery must be authorized for marketing and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with applicable regulations, in particular: the Act of September 6, 2001, Pharmaceutical Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 612).
