DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: The subject of the order is: "INSTALLATION OF RENEWABLE ENERGY SOURCES SYSTEMS IN THE WIERZBINEK COMMUNE" Detailed description of the subject of the order: The project will be implemented in the "design and build" system. The investment is aimed at producing electricity from renewable energy sources, such as photovoltaic micro-installations, and storing them in dedicated devices, i.e. energy storage facilities. These installations will produce electricity that will be used for the needs of private facilities, resulting in a reduction in costs related to the purchase of electricity and achieving an ecological effect in the form of a reduction in emissions of carbon dioxide and other harmful gases into the atmosphere. In addition, the scope of the investment in question includes the installation of heat pumps operating in a bivalent system to meet part of the heat demand for heating purposes and the preparation of domestic hot water from renewable energy sources in the form of heat pumps operating in an installable system, and during peak periods the operation of the system will be supported by an electric heater. The installation of heat pumps is aimed at increasing the share of renewable energy sources in the overall energy balance of individual buildings and, consequently, reducing the operating costs of the buildings. The planned project will result in achieving an ecological effect in the form of reducing emissions of CO2 and other harmful gases into the atmosphere, which will contribute to reducing their emissions. The facilities where the project is planned to be implemented are located in the Wierzbinek Commune and indicated in Annex No. 10 - i.e. PFU to this SWZ. The functional and utility program is the basis for preparing a price offer for the comprehensive implementation of the task, including all construction and assembly works, and conducting training for the owners of the facilities in which the installations have been installed in the safe operation of photovoltaic installations, photovoltaic installations with energy storage, and heating installations based on heat pumps. The offer provided by the Tenderers should be consistent with this functional and utility program. The offer should include the full scope of supplies and services necessary for the implementation of the project, including completing formalities related to reporting the installation's connection to the network, up to handing it over to the Ordering Party.
