Germany – Retail trade services – Establishment and operation of souvenir shops at BER Airport (concession)

The subject of the award procedure is the leasing of 6 individual areas for souvenir shops, which are rented out as an overall package to a retailer/concession holder at their own economic risk (concession). The rental agreement will, among other things, provide for operating obligations and product range commitments. The contract begins when the contract is awarded; the start of service provision for the first 3 rental spaces/souvenir shops is July 1, 2027 at the latest. The contract ends for all areas on December 31, 2037.
