1.1 The object of this set of Particular Administrative Clauses is the regulation of the open procedure not subject to harmonized regulation, for the award, by VILADECANS QUALITAT, S.L. (henceforth VIQUAL) of the Concession contract for the management and operation of the collection, transfer and scrapping of vehicles declared abandoned by the local police and that remain stored or pending storage in the municipal vehicle depot of Viladecans, in order to proceed with their decontamination and recycling, subsequent destruction and delivery of the certificate of destruction.
