Description & Project Overview
Plan, design, build, deliver, and install a new 10,000 to 12,000 gallon above ground storage tank(s) system (AST) with associated dispensing equipment and gauges at Kalaupapa Settlement, Kalawao County, island of Moloka‘i, state of Hawaii for the Department of Health. Attachments include a detailed Invitation for Bids (IFB). All Bids must meet the Specifications as described in the attached IFB. Bids/ Offers must include Offer Forms 1 and 2 with their Bid Submission. Bids may include more than one tank to meet the 10,000 to 12,000 gallon specification. If Contractor ships the tank(s) and system components from Honolulu to Kalaupapa on the NPS/DOH annual barge (free of charge), the exact Delivery Date will be determined in July/August 2027. The barge is scheduled based on weather, tides, etc. After the solicitation is awarded in HIePRO, a formal State contract will need to be developed, approved, and signed by all parties. Offerors must be compliant on Hawaii Compliance Express (HCE) at time of Award.
